Does EU261 cover a Corendon Airlines flight delay in both directions?
Corendon Airlines flight delay compensation pays €250 to €600 per passenger when you arrive three or more hours late, or Corendon cancels with under fourteen days' notice. Every departure from an EU or EEA airport qualifies. Arrivals from Turkey or Egypt qualify only on the EU-licensed Dutch and Maltese entities, not on the Turkish one.

This is the most valuable thing to establish before you claim. The same route, on the same brand, in the same week, can be covered or not depending on which certificate the aircraft flew under.
What a delayed flight pays
Amounts are per passenger, not per booking. A delay of 3–4 hours over 3,500 km may be reduced by half under Article 7(2).
How do you find out which Corendon entity flew you?
The flight number prefix is the clue. Look at your booking confirmation and the boarding pass rather than the marketing name, and if the documents are ambiguous, ask the airline in writing which entity operated the sector. You are entitled to that answer, and it is the fact your claim turns on.
