FlightCompensations
About us

Why we built FlightCompensations

Air passengers are legally owed billions in compensation every year — and the industry built to "help" them typically takes 25–35% of the money. We think that's wrong.

No percentage. No hidden cut. No fee unless we succeed.

Our mission

You keep 100%. We charge one fixed fee.

Help passengers identify potential claims, submit evidence, track progress and receive compensation — without surrendering a large percentage of the recovery.

One fixed €39 fee

You keep 100% of what's recovered; we charge one fixed €39 fee, only on success. No percentage, no hidden cut.

Technology, with human judgement

Technology does the heavy lifting — checking flight facts, assembling evidence and drafting correspondence — while trained reviewers make the decisions that matter on every claim. Nothing legally significant is sent without human approval.

We pursue eligible claims through the available claim and appeal process while there is a reasonable legal and practical basis to proceed, and we tell you honestly when there isn't.

How we're different

What we won't do

The standards we hold ourselves to, in plain terms.

No percentage cuts

We never take a slice of your compensation — you keep 100% of what's recovered.

No guaranteed-win promises

No one can honestly guarantee a result, so we don't. We tell you where you stand.

No fake urgency or stats

No invented statistics, no fabricated reviews and no manufactured pressure to act.

No fee unless we win

If a claim doesn't succeed, you pay nothing at all.
