Awaiting approval in ChatGPT

The flight compensation ChatGPT appCheck it. Claim it. Right in the chat.

The flight compensation ChatGPT app checks a delayed, cancelled or overbooked flight inside ChatGPT, then files the claim there too. Give it the flight number and date, or upload your boarding pass. It shows what you may be owed under EU, UK, Canadian or Israeli rules. Then a short form takes the claim.

The app is waiting for approval in ChatGPT’s app directory. Until it is listed, you can check your flight on our website in about a minute. The rules, the result and the fee are the same.

What do you need to start a check in ChatGPT?

Two things: your flight number and the date you flew. The app finds the route, the airline and how late the flight landed from the flight record, so you never need to know an airport code. That is the quickest way to check a delayed flight in ChatGPT. Got your booking email to hand? Upload it instead. The app then also fills in the passengers and the booking reference for your claim.

A delay

“My Lufthansa flight from Frankfurt to New York JFK landed 5 hours late. Am I owed anything?”

A cancellation

“easyJet cancelled my flight to Lisbon two days before. What am I entitled to?”

Your booking

“Here is my booking confirmation. The flight was over 3 hours late. I want to claim.”

Just the flight

“LS717 on 14 October 2026. Can I claim?”

How will you add the app to ChatGPT?

  1. 1Open ChatGPT and go to the apps directory.
  2. 2Search for FlightCompensations.com and connect it.
  3. 3In a chat, type @ and pick FlightCompensations.com, then ask about your flight.

Picking the app with @ matters. ChatGPT decides on each message whether to use an app, and naming it makes sure your question reaches ours. Once the form is open, you can stay in it to the end.

How do you claim compensation in ChatGPT?

The form takes you through the claim with buttons. It asks whether you have claimed before, what reason the airline gave, and who else was on the booking. Then it asks for your contact details, the booking reference and any costs you had. You sign a Letter of Authorization in your own name. Last, you check everything and press Submit. You get a claim reference on the spot, and a confirmation by email.

Which flights does the ChatGPT app cover?

It covers delays, cancellations, refused boarding and missed connections, under the four sets of rules in the table. A lost or damaged bag falls under a different law, the Montreal Convention, so it has its own baggage guide. Only want your ticket money back after a cancellation? Our refund guide explains that right.

What does the ChatGPT app cost?

Checking a flight is free. If you claim with us, you keep 100% of the compensation. We invoice a flat processing fee of €39 per passenger, and only once the claim is won. You can also claim from the airline yourself for free. The full terms are on our pricing page, and how it works explains what happens after you submit.

What does the ChatGPT app see and keep?

The app receives what ChatGPT sends it for your request: the flight details and, when you claim, the answers in the form. It never asks for passport, bank or card numbers in the chat. A claim is created only when you press Submit, and we use it to pursue your compensation. Our privacy policy covers the rest. Prefer Claude? Use our Claude connector.

What else do people ask about the flight compensation ChatGPT app?

Do I need an account to use the flight compensation ChatGPT app?

No. You can check a flight and file a claim as a guest. We email you a confirmation with your claim reference. You only sign in if you later ask the app for the status of a claim, so it can show you your own claim and nobody else's.

Is the result in ChatGPT final?

No. It is a preliminary check, worked out from the flight's record and what you tell the app. The airline's records and your documents decide the final answer. If the app says a flight is likely not eligible, you can still ask us to review it for free.

Can I claim for everyone on my booking in ChatGPT?

Yes. The form asks who else was on the same booking, and each passenger is owed their own compensation. Children count too. We later email you to ask for a photo of each passenger's passport or ID card, because we never ask for those in the chat.

What if my flight was only a little late on the record?

A short delay on one flight is not always the end. A missed connection, a rebooking or a later final destination can make you much later. The app asks how late you reached your final destination before it gives you an answer.
