One flat €39 — you keep more
Most claim companies take a percentage of your payout. We charge one flat fee, only if we win.

Three clear options
The core service is all most people need. Two optional extras are available.
Core claim service
Charged only after compensation is successfully recovered. You keep 100% of the compensation — the €39 is a separate fixed service fee, never a percentage.
- No win, no fee
- Full claim handling & follow-ups
- Appeals where there's a basis to proceed
Priority Review
Priority Review — €9 one-time. Move your claim to the front of our internal review queue so our team checks your documents and prepares the next step sooner. This does not improve your legal entitlement, increase the chance of airline approval, or control how quickly the airline responds.
FlightComp+
Unlimited eligible claims for 12 months, priority internal review, and no per-claim €39 success fee while your membership is active — you keep 100% of every compensation recovered. Subject to fair-use and eligibility rules.
Offered after claim approval or payout, and available from your dashboard.

Pricing questions
When exactly is the €39 charged?
Only after your compensation has been successfully recovered. If your claim doesn't succeed, you pay nothing at all.
Do I have to enter card details to claim?
No. Our fees are taken from the compensation when it is recovered, so there is nothing to pay up front — and nothing to pay at all if the claim doesn't succeed.
Is the fee ever a percentage?
No. The fee is always a fixed €39 per successful claim, whether your compensation is €250 or €600. You keep 100% of the compensation itself.
What does the €9 Priority Review actually do?
Priority Review — €9 one-time. Move your claim to the front of our internal review queue so our team checks your documents and prepares the next step sooner. This does not improve your legal entitlement, increase the chance of airline approval, or control how quickly the airline responds. It is waived entirely if the claim does not succeed and you chose to have fees deducted from your compensation.
Is Priority Review refundable?
If we materially miss our internal review target for your priority claim, our policy provides for a refund or escalation. Where the fee is settled by deduction it is simply never taken. Details are stated before you commit.
How does FlightComp+ billing work?
FlightComp+ costs €49 per year. While your membership is active, covered claims pay no €39 success fee — you keep 100% of every compensation recovered. Renewal terms and the renewal date are shown before checkout, and you can cancel renewal from your dashboard.
Do claims from before my membership get the fee waived?
No — membership covers eligible claims submitted while the membership is active. Claims submitted earlier keep the fee terms they were submitted under.
